Cancellations
​
Your appointments are very important to Haus and the appointment time you book is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes things can come up and schedule adjustments are necessary. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a cancelation fee of 50% of the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. The same applies to same-day cancellations. Existing clients with a no-show or cancellation history will also be required to pay deposits for future bookings. Please note that color correction appointments and smoothing treatment that exceed four hours will need to be canceled no later than three days prior to your appointment time.

No Call / No Shows

If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service originally scheduled. Existing clients with a no-show or cancellation history will also be required to pay deposits for any booking.

Tardiness
​
Here at Haus of Hair Studio, we have a 20-minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text or call to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 20 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely. and you will be charged 50% of the cost of the services scheduled.

Please Note!

We do not provide refunds of any kind however if a product is faulty then we will exchange it!
It's rare but If you are not happy with your service, we will gladly work with you to adjust it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. Please make sure to notify us within a week of your service should you need an adjustment.

It is our priority to conduct thorough consultations for all services provided, however, it is each client's personal responsibility to be upfront and honest about their hair history.
​
Any damage caused to the hair as a result of undivulged information during the consultation is not the responsibility of Haus of Hair Studio.
